Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using pkmnprices ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update it as needed.

4. API Access and Usage

The Service provides API access to Pokémon card data and pricing information. Your use of the API is subject to the rate limits and credit allowances of your subscription tier. You agree not to:

  • Exceed your allocated rate limits or attempt to circumvent them
  • Share, redistribute, or resell API keys
  • Use the API for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service outside of the provided API

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Data Accuracy

Pricing data and card information are provided on an "as-is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data returned by the API.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and documentation are the property of pkmnprices. Pokémon and all related trademarks are the property of Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, and their respective owners. pkmnprices is not affiliated with or endorsed by these entities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pkmnprices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
